FEM Simulation

Reduce development costs through static FEM analyses

With SIC, you can have your new product numerically analyzed during earlier stages of development. Using FEM simulation, we can determine the deformations, stresses, and strains that occur in your component. Using the determined values, we perform a strength assessment and provide you with a comprehensive report. Based on our results, you can adjust your product early on to ensure product safety and save time and money.

Our calculation engineers receive regular training and work with the latest software from Ansys.

Prototyping

3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing

We provide you with sample parts and prototypes based on your 3D data, quickly and reliably, using the layer-based manufacturing process best suited to your requirements, whether SLS, STL, or 3D printing. Tailored exactly to your needs.

Vacuum Casting

Using the plastic vacuum casting process, we reproduce the master model created from your CAD data. A wide range of PU casting materials is available—from ABS-like, fiber-reinforced, or flexible soft materials to high-temperature-resistant and even crystal-clear materials. You’ll receive production-ready components up to 1200 mm in length.
